Copper, Tin and Nickle Master Alloys

We offer a wide range of Copper & Tin Master Alloys which are significantly used for manufacturing high quality copper rods and extrusions. These products are available in the form of shots, waffle plates, powder and ingots and packed in wooden boxes / 500 kg steel drums. These master alloys are also used as grain refiner in automotive pistons.

• Total Impurities in Each Grade: 0.50% Maximum
• (For Certain Grades = 0.20% Maximum)
• Form: Ingots Weighing 5 & 8 Kgs
• Shots: up to 8 mm
• Powder: As per customer's request

Copper Phosphorus or Phos-Copper is used in non-ferrous goods manufacturing industry for introducing phosphorus in the alloy compositions. The introduction of phosphorus deoxidises and refine the alloys. The phos-copper is a homogenized alloy, which is manufactured using pure materials in compliance with international standards ensuring consistent pick-up of phosphorus material.

Brazing Alloys, Welding Electrodes, Phosphor Bronze, Refining of Hypereutectic Aluminum Silicon Alloys, Deoxidized Copper and Copper Alloys.
