Type of Alloys
Single-Phase Alpha Alloys - These have a good ductility and are suitable for extensive cold working. CA102 is typical of this type - Alloys containing 3% iron, such as CA106, are single phase up to over 9% aluminium.
The Duplex Alloys containing from 8% to 11% - aluminum usually with additions of iron and nickel to give higher strengths

Copper Phosphorus or Phos-Copper is used in non-ferrous goods manufacturing industry for introducing phosphorus in the alloy compositions. The introduction of phosphorus deoxidises and refine the alloys. The phos-copper is a homogenized alloy, which is manufactured using pure materials in compliance with international standards ensuring consistent pick-up of phosphorus material.
Application
Brazing Alloys, Welding Electrodes, Phosphor Bronze, Refining of Hypereutectic Aluminum Silicon Alloys, Deoxidized Copper and Copper Alloys.
Tin Phosphorus is used while producing tin solders. It introduce phosphorus in the alloy and acts as a flux, grain refiner and dross inhibitor.
